Frsyn AI is an AI Automation & Marketing agency based in Tirana, Albania, founded in December 2025. We help SMEs in Albania, Italy and international markets win more customers with less manual work, through AI automation and measurable marketing.
Who we are
Frsyn AI was founded in Tirana in December 2025 by Franc “Franz” Hoxha and Sidi Kucuku. Our idea is simple: a small business rarely loses customers because of its product, but because it replies late, doesn’t follow up and isn’t found where customers are searching. AI, used with a sales strategy, solves exactly that.
Our guiding principle is “Where Sales Psychology Meets AI.” We don’t build tools for the sake of technology; we build systems that help a business sell better.

About 10 years of B2B and B2C telephone sales experience and a financial markets degree earned in Italy. He combines sales psychology with data analysis and approaches every project with numbers, not guesswork.
